Warranty Coverage

Your Aeterna jewellery piece is guaranteed to be free of any manufacturing defect for 1 year from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover general wear and tear, damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect or failed repair attempts. The warranty does not cover purchases made through online auction sites or other unauthorised resellers.
