PLATING

Every piece is finished with 14ct or 18ct gold plating or rhodium plating for:

Depending on the design, each piece is made with one of three base metals.

STONES & PEARLS

Depending on the design, our pieces feature cubic zirconia, moissanite, freshwater pearls, mother-of-pearl or lab-created gemstones. Pearls and mother-of-pearl are naturally delicate, so keep them away from water, perfume and lotions, and wipe them gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear.

JEWELLERY CARE

Our jewellery is water-resistant and made for everyday wear, so washing your hands or getting caught in the rain is no problem. To keep your pieces looking their best for longer:

  • Remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, bathing or exercising
  • Put your jewellery on after applying perfume, lotion and hairspray
  • Avoid chlorine, salt water and household chemicals
  • If your jewellery gets wet, gently pat it dry
  • Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth after wear
  • Store each piece separately in a dry jewellery box or pouch
  • Avoid impact and rough surfaces to preserve the finish and shine

Like all plated jewellery, the finish may gradually soften with regular wear over time. A little care goes a long way in keeping your Aeterna pieces shining, day after day, moment after moment.

WARRANTY

Every piece is covered by our 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty doesn't cover general wear and tear, or damage caused by accidents, misuse or not following the care guidance above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
