RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Aeterna, we want every purchase to feel effortless, reassuring, and confident. If your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make the returns and exchanges process as simple and straightforward as possible.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Once your return is approved, the item should be sent back within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Free from damage or signs of use
- Returned with original packaging and tags attached
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, colour, or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Our team will guide you through the available exchange options. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the exchange request.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at support@aeternajewelry.com so we can make it right.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email support@aeternajewelry.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return or exchange
- We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are processed in line with applicable consumer rights.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items requested outside the return window
- Personalised or custom-made items, where applicable
